“Let my prayer be set forth before thee [as] incense; [and] the lifting up of my hands [as] the evening sacrifice” – Psalm 141:2

God loves it when you pray! Too many times people think that they shouldn’t bother God with what seems to be such trivial things in life. They are afraid to pray about it because the enemy has somehow convinced them that God is not concerned about the small intricate details of our life. Consequently, they go on living with things that bother them thinking that there is nothing they can do about it.

Friend don’t buy into that lie! God is concerned about every small detail of your life and wants you to pray about it! According to our verse today, your prayer is like sweet-smelling incense to God. He loves it when you pray because it gives Him the opportunity to prove Himself to you and meet your need.

In fact, God tells us in Philippians 4:6 to “Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” So, whatever is bothering you today…take some time to pray about it. God is concerned about everything in your life and wants to hear from you.

Starting today I want you to look at your prayers as sweet-smelling incense to God; He loves it when you pray!
