“The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.” – John 3:8 (KJV)

Jesus Christ said a remarkable thing concerning the children of God. The new birth is something that takes place spiritually. God is a Spirit, and when He gives birth, what He gives birth to becomes spirit (John 4:23). Hence, the child of God is a spirit, having a soul and living in a body. Jesus Christ compared a child of God to the wind. In other words, the child of God should avail himself to be used of God. It is only when he avails himself to God that he becomes a shining star for God in his sphere of contact.

He becomes a wonder to the world; he becomes a solution to the world; the world cannot predict him because he is full of so much that the world has never seen. No wonder He said those who believe in Him will have the following signs in them: In His name, we will drive out demons; we will speak in new tongues; we will pick up snakes with our hands; and when we drink deadly poison, it will not hurt us at all; we will place our hands-on sick people, and they will get well (Mark 16:17–18).

Dear beloved, fellowship with the Holy Spirit and avail yourself to Him so that He can make you a wonder and a solution to your world. You will shine so much, to bring glory to God. Hallelujah! You are an overcomer!

Prayer Point: Dear Lord Jesus Christ, I believe in You and I’m determined to follow You forever. As I make myself available to You to use, I know signs and wonders will follow me, and I will become a wonder to my generation. Amen!
