“Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken:” – Luke 24:25 (KJV)

After Jesus Christ had resurrected, He met two men going to a village called Emmaus. Apparently, these men were His disciples, and they had been talking about His resurrection before Jesus Christ met them.

Beloved, they could not recognize Jesus Christ while He talked with them because they were slow of heart to believe. Jesus called them fools because they were not quick to believe what the prophets have spoken about His resurrection.

Dear beloved, do not be slow of heart in believing all that is in Bible. They are not just mere stories; they are living realities that have been written down for us to learn from. Believe every portion of the Holy Scriptures so that they can be a blessing to you (John 20:27-29). You are believing in them will make you wise unto salvation (2 Timothy 3:15).

Remember, through believing, nothing shall be impossible for you. It is only when you believe that all things become possible for you (Mark 9:23). So, keep believing in the Holy Scriptures and you will be filled with the desire to use them, and after using them, you will have testimonies to share. Hallelujah! God bless you!

Prayer Point: Dear Lord Jesus, thank You for exhorting me today. I reject every slowness of heart in believing, and I believe everything written in Your Word. I put all of them to practice and begin to share my testimonies for many to believe in You. Amen!
