“Blessed is everyone that feareth the Lord; that walketh in his ways. For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee. Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table. Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the Lord. The Lord shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life. Yea, thou shalt see thy children’s children, and peace upon Israel.” – Psalm 128:1–6 (KJV)

The Almighty is the one who blesses. In other words, He is the creator of blessings and is responsible for blessing His creation, especially His children. Thus, no creation can bless God without first being blessed by Him.

We are only capable of blessing God in praise, songs, clapping, dancing, goods, money, etc., because He has blessed us to do so. Spiritually, the children of God are blessed (Ephesians 1:3). However, to manifest the blessings of God depends on how obedient and ready we are to worship and serve God.

The opening scripture gives us a clue as to what to do to manifest God’s blessings physically for our enjoyment: We must fear God by walking in His ways.

Dear beloved, the ways of God are clearly written in the Holy Scriptures, the Holy Bible. Remember that Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).

Walking in the ways of God requires following the footsteps of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ with His love for God and human beings. Then you will eat the fruit of your hands, be happy, have a fruitful spouse, have joyful children, have a long life to witness many generations of your lineage, and enjoy a peaceful life. Hallelujah! Be blessed!

Prayer Point: Dear heavenly Father, thank you for your Word of blessing. I’m grateful to know that I’m blessed. Please help me to fear you and be able to manifest all the blessings of my life, in Jesus’ name. Amen!
