“When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.” – Isaiah 43:2 (KJV)

Having God’s Word of assurance is all that is needed to keep going till you cross the finish line. His presence makes a difference. It is not surprising that Moses should say that if God’s presence would not go with them, then he wouldn’t move (Exodus 33:15–16).

In the opening scripture, we see God giving assurance to the Israelites that He would be with them when they passed through the waters and when they walked through the fire.

The waters and fire are symbolic of whatever situation we find ourselves in; it can be good or bad, or it can be easy or difficult, but God has assured us that He will be with us. It is comforting to hear this, and it should give us a reason to celebrate and thank Him for His presence and word of assurance.

Dear beloved, God knows you and what you are going through; He will use the water and fire (the situation) to build you up in order for you to embrace your miracle. Continue praying based on His Word, continue trusting Him, and continue praising and thanking Him even though you don’t feel like it, and you will live to testify that God is good and His mercies endure forever (Psalm 136:1). Hallelujah! God bless you!

Prayer Point: Dear heavenly Father, thank you for your word of assurance. I believe you and will continue to trust you, celebrate you, and thank you till I embrace my miracle, in Jesus’ name. Amen!
