“For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.” Psalm 84:11 (KJV)
The Lord God is a sun and shield. This depicts His presence, provision, and protection for His children. No one can hide from the sun; it gives light to all living things on Earth (Psalm 19:6). Likewise, God gives grace and glory to His children and doesn’t withhold good things from them. Is it not exciting to read this in His Word? It should make you stand and shout for joy because God has the best in store for you.
Dear beloved, believe that God has given you grace and glory through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (John 1:17). Thank God for His grace and glory, and use them to enhance your life. Once you are a child of God, you have access to all of God’s blessings. Continually remain in Christ Jesus in spite of the challenges you are going through, and you will enjoy all of His goodness and blessings. Hallelujah! Be an overcomer!
