“But I will hope continually and will yet praise thee more and more.” – Psalms 71:14 (KJV)
Hope is to expect with confidence. Your hope as a child of God will die down if you do not fuel it continually. Fueling your hope propels you forward till you embrace your miracle. In the opening scripture, the Psalmist devised a strategy to fan his hope; he praised God more and more.
Beloved, what is your hope in Christ? It might be for a baby, job, wealth, establishing your own business, etc. Learn from the Psalmist and praise God more and more for it. Draw inspiration from the Word of God to fan your hope, and you will receive the reward of your hope.
Abraham and Sarah had to fan their hope with praise for 25 years before they received the promise of Isaac (Genesis 12:1–4, 21:1–2). Yours is not an exception; you will surely receive the reward for your hope if you do not give up. Praise the Lord!
Dear beloved, do you feel like giving up on your hope? Remember that this is a feeling that is temporary. The just shall live by faith, not by sight or feeling (Habakkuk 2:4). Therefore, rejoice in faith, focus on your calling, and keep praising and thanking God; you will live to embrace your miracle. Hallelujah! Be an overcomer!
Prayer Point: My faithful Father, thank You for rekindling my spirit. I will continually hope in You and praise You more and more in spite of the situation I find myself in.
Please let Your grace abound in my life, to continually trust in You till I embrace my miracle and all Your promises in Jesus’ name. Amen!
