“In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.” Ephesians 1:11–12 (KJV)

Knowing that God is doing all He can to bring out the best in you should prompt you to praise Him without limits. As a child of God, you have countless inheritances in God: eternal life, the earth, the name of Jesus Christ, wealth, and peace, just to mention a few. The inheritances should motivate you to cooperate with God to bring out the best in you. Understand that His goal is for you to declare the praise of His glory. After He has finished with you, you will indeed testify that God is good (1 Peter 2:9). Those who will see His handiwork in you will also testify and give praise to His name.

Remember that He chose you beforehand, so He cannot fail you and tarnish His reputation. Be conscious of His will and walk with Him till the end, and you will never regret it. Hallelujah! Praise Him!

Prayer Point: Dear heavenly Father, thank you for working out your perfect will in me to the praise of your glory. Amen!
