“Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:” – Matthew 7:24 (KJV)

Jesus Christ is the wisdom of God personified. In other words, if you want to see the wisdom of God in operation, study the life of Jesus Christ and practice it. Indeed, He is greater than King Solomon, and He Himself testified to it (Luke 11:31). Thus whatever Jesus Christ says should be taken seriously.

In the opening scripture, He has said we can assess ourselves to know whether we are walking in wisdom or not. We walk in wisdom when we hear and listen to His sayings and teachings and apply them to our lives.

Beloved, applying the teachings of the Word of God to your life is a mark of wisdom. Additionally, your life is built on the rock when you continually apply the Word of God to your life. This rock is Jesus Christ, and when your life is built on Him, your life becomes unshakable and immovable, especially in turbulent or hard times (Matthew 7:25, 1 Corinthians 3:11).

Beloved, build your life, family, business, philosophy, etc., on the teachings of Jesus Christ, and you will become a testimony in this generation and the one to come. Hallelujah! God bless you!

Prayer Point: Dear heavenly Father, thank you for your Word of wisdom. I hereby build my life, family, business, and everything I do on your Word and teachings in order to be unshakable and immovable, always abounding in you. Please lead me to teach others to do likewise, in Jesus’ name. Amen!
