“Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you: And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith.” – 2 Thessalonians 3:1–2 (KJV)

The only one in this world who doesn’t need to be prayed for is God Almighty, because He is the one who answers prayer.

Apostle Paul was a super apostle by the virtue of his accomplishments, but he humbled himself and asked to be prayed for. He was not too proud to think that he didn’t need the support of prayer from his converts or the churches he built.

Dear beloved, when believers in Christ Jesus pray together, something unique happens as God moves quickly to settle the matter and gives them victory (Acts 4:31).

There is more power released in the united prayer of believers than just an individual praying over a corporate responsibility, like preaching the gospel.

Inasmuch as we are encouraged to fellowship in prayer individually, don’t hesitate to ask for prayers from your fellow Christians and leaders, and God will come through for you quickly. Hallelujah! Be an overcomer!

Prayer Point: Dear heavenly Father, thank you for being a God who answers prayers. Today I unite in prayer with my brethren to pray for our families, our communities, our society, our nation, and the rest of the nations, to know and serve the LORD in Jesus’ name. Amen!
